"Tracking wasn't much help for me"
The tracking never really updated, so I had no idea where my order was until it showed up. If you're not in a hurry, maybe it's not a big deal, but I was trying to plan around the delivery and found it frustrating

"Washed Well, Even If It Shrunk a Bit"
I’ve washed this a few times now and, the fabric still looks really nice. It did shrink a tiny bit, which annoyed me at first, but somehow it still fits fine, so I can’t really complain. I’d say it held up well overall

I ordered a top from Catherines it showed up just like the description said. The color, fit, and fabric were all really accurate, I was expecting maybe one little surprise, but actually no, everything was spot on. I appreciated that a lot. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Good basics, but I wish there were more options"
I’ve shopped at Catherines a few times over the past year, and I usually manage to find a couple of basics I like. The sizing has been reliable for me, which I appreciate, especially when I’m ordering online. That said, after checking their new arrivals every so often, I feel like a lot of the tops start to look the same. I was hoping to see more trendy pieces or just a little more variety in the styles. It’s not a bad place to shop, and I’ll probably still look there when I need everyday items, but right now it feels more okay than exciting...

I was happy with what I got. The prices are fair, and the clothes feel nicer than a lot of other stuff I’ve bought in this price range. Compared to some other stores, it feels like you’re actually getting your money’s worth. I’d definitely shop here again.

"Finally found my size without a hunt"
I was glad catherines.com actually had the jeans and tops I wanted in my size. So many stores sell out so fast, but I still had a decent selection to choose from here. The site was easy to use and it didn’t take much effort to see what was available. There were a couple little things I’d tweak, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, it was a nice shopping trip.

"Payment was simple enough"
Ordered from Catherines. Payment went through fine, no weird errors or anything. Checked my card after and the charge was right. No random extra fees, which I appreciated. The email receipt took a bit to show up. Not instant. But it did come through eventually. Overall, easy. No drama.

My package ended up arriving just fine, but the updates made the whole thing a lot less stressful. It’s a small thing, but being honest and responsive really does make a difference.

I ordered a couple of tops from Catherines the fabric surprised me in a good way. It’s soft without feeling flimsy, and I didn’t get that annoying scratchy feeling after wearing them for a few hours.
I’ve washed them twice already and they still look great, with no weird shrinking or twisting. The extra little fuss I had in my head about whether they’d hold up was totally unnecessary because they’re just comfortable, easy tops that feel like they’ll last.

"Comfy, but of course a bit warm on me"
The fabric is really soft and comfy overall, which I liked. It does run a little warm though, and somehow I’m always the one who ends up feeling overheated in stuff like this. Still nice to wear, just not perfect if you get warm easily

Checkout was smooth overall. I had to look around for a minute to find where to enter my coupon, which reminded me of helping my mom place orders online because she always asks me where the promo code box is. Once I found it, everything went through fine and I didn’t run into any real issues

Why do you cheat people with your credit card late fees. i received the bill in the mail after the due date, paid it when i received the bill in the mail and now have a $30 late fee on the $30 late fee i disputed. is this a scam? have other people had this experience?

I have a complaint about the manager in your kokomo store 46902. she is so hateful , i have shopped at your stor's all my life im 60yrs. and i live a town away so when i go there its a 30mi drive one way. ok i took 2 shirts back i brought 2 weeks ago and for got my receipt? she said i had to have it i said ok but you have looked it up be for, well she would not this time. so i had to go all the way back home. and some times when i buy thing that is going on sale and i ask her if it is she say no? and the next day they go on sale? so i take it back and she say i cant do that? not very happy. susan k. lucas

I tried to return a blouse with the tag on it but did not have the receipt they would not help me to try and figure out a way to get more than 8.50 cents for a 44 dollar blouse.the manager was rude and had a big head using words like my store ect. i asked for a formal complaint form and was given her district manager. how can i make a formal complaint for the moline il store.
